For the past 4 years many of you have been getting these emails from 
INFOMAN (me) documenting the Warrior movement around the world.

We started off hitting clubs and networking at small Warrior parties across the 
U.S. and now we’re seeing #1 songs & videos, and Gold & Platinum Records

That new phase involves underground rock sensations, BLINDSIDE!!

Many of you are already familiar with blindside.  They began 8 years ago in
Stockholm, Sweden and have since been growing a huge fan base in the 
underground scene. 

The P.O.D. boys have kept in touch with blindside since their first U.S.
appearance 
5 years ago.  In fact, you may have seen blindside as the opening act on
P.O.D.’s 
YOUTH OF THE NATION U.S. Tour in 2001, where they attracted the attention of
numerous major labels.

* * * * FINALLY, THE BIG NEWS * * * *

For the past several months blindside have been in negotiations with several
major 
labels and LAST WEEK signed a long term recording deal with ELEKTRA RECORDS!
(Known for Rock acts like Metalica, The Doors, AC/DC, Pantera, Staind, etc.)

The cool thing is that this will be a deal through 
P.O.D.’s new label (More on this soon......).

Even though we’ve known about this deal, we had to keep it this quiet since the 
contract had not been officially signed.

Christian, Simon, Tomas, and Marcus of blindside flew to Los Angeles where,
for the past couple of months, they have been busy recording music for their 
debut album for Elektra Records.

Already 7 songs have been completed and I CAN NOT WAIT FOR YOU TO

The 45th Annual Grammy Nominations were unveiled 
this morning with P.O.D. up for TWO awards!!

* Best Hard Rock Performance - "Youth of the Nation"
* Best Metal Performance - "Portrait"

Sonny, Marcos, Traa, and Wuv were all called this morning
at their homes in San Diego.  No one in the P.O.D. camp
expected this...

Congratulation to P.O.D. and to their families 
and to our Warrior family around the world!

In addition to this P.O.D. have also been nominated for a prestigious 
ECHO AWARD (Europe) for: "Best Hard / Alternative Group of the Year."  

Sonny and Wuv will be flying to Berlin, Germany to attend this years 
ceremony - Feb. 15th
